It was registered in the Commercial Register of the Canton of Graubünden (Cantone dei Grigioni) on 11 November 2021, IDI CHE-248.779.794 and registered in the Tax Register with registry number 134258.
According to Swiss laws, the Foundation was granted exemption from taxes by the Tax Authority of the Canton of Graubünden (Original document).
